The reality of modern creative leadership means I'm as likely to be pushing a concept further as I am analyzing why it's working. I dig into performance data not as a creative scientist, but as a creative director who wants every campaign to be smarter than the last. I help teams understand what's resonating without losing the magic that made the idea special in the first place. And I bridge the gap between "let's make something amazing" and "let's make something that drives growth."

What energizes me most is bringing both worlds together—the craft and intuition of great creative, informed by the clarity of what actually connects with people.

Over 17 years in agencies, I've worked across Tourism, CPG, Healthcare, and Tech/SaaS—learning that every industry has its own rhythm, but great creative strategy translates across all of them.

I've helped brands like Visit California, Walt Disney Company, and the Sacramento Kings connect with audiences in ways that moved both hearts and metrics. And I've taken scrappy Inc. 5000 companies and built brand foundations strong enough to support serious growth.
